Cancellation Policy
Your service is immediately activated on placing the order on our site.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the customer has already started the use of our software including screeners, watchlist and strategy labs.
Refund Policy
On cancellation within stipulated time period, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why youâre requesting a refund â we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered such as use of any our software including screeners, watchlist and strategy labs or any other knowledge base provided by us. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
